Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Paofu Cloud regarding your download, installation, access to, and use of the App and related services.

By downloading or using this App, you agree to the terms in this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative works of the App or its marks except where law requires otherwise. All intellectual property rights in the App remain with the Service Provider. We may update features or pricing from time to time and will communicate material changes where appropriate. You remain responsible for device security, account confidentiality, and avoiding unsafe practices such as rooting or jailbreaking that may impair the App.

The App may rely on third-party services such as analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, or distribution platforms. Your use of those components may also be governed by the relevant third-party terms.

Service availability depends on a functioning network connection, compatible hardware, and your carrier or ISP conditions. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by unpaid bills, signal loss, bandwidth limits, roaming charges, or other issues outside our reasonable control. Please ensure you have permission from the bill payer before using mobile data charges incurred by the App.

You are responsible for how you use the service. We do not accept liability for losses caused by device failure, depleted battery, third-party network issues, or inaccurate data supplied by external partners. We may require installation of updated versions for security or compatibility. We may also suspend or terminate the App or a portion of the service without prior notice where necessary.

These terms may be updated periodically. Any revised version becomes effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. The current version is effective October 4, 2025. Questions about Paofu Cloud's terms may be sent to support@paofufree.com.
